• Custom design solutions
• Furniture selection and procurement
• Installation and setup services
• Ongoing maintenance and updates

4. Booking and Consultation

4.1 Initial Consultation

All projects begin with an initial consultation to assess your needs and space requirements. This consultation may be conducted in-person or virtually, depending on your location and preferences.

4.2 Project Estimates

Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed project estimate including timeline, costs, and scope of work. This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically:

• Consultation fee: Due upon booking
• Design fee: 50% upon agreement, 50% upon completion
• Installation: 30% deposit, 70% upon completion

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified in your project agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the project phase:

• Consultation: 24-hour notice required for full refund
• Design phase: 48-hour notice required for partial refund
• Installation: Cancellation fees may apply based on materials ordered and work completed

7. Warranty and Guarantee

7.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on our installation work against defects in workmanship under normal use conditions.

7.2 Product Warranties

Furniture and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims when applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Proclaskab's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about space requirements
• Ensuring access to the work area as agreed
• Removing personal items as instructed
• Complying with building regulations and obtaining necessary permits
• Timely payment according to agreed terms

10. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Proclaskab until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for their personal project.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your project details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mediation first, and if necessary, through arbitration under Swedish law in Göteborg, Sweden.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Göteborg, Sweden.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
